Our basic meal plan is perfect for those who are wanting to eat healthier but do not have specific goals. This plan takes the stress out of grocery shopping, planning, and cooking meals. With our basic meal plan option we curate a weekly menu consisting of 7 different lunch items. These lunch items are developed by our excellent Chef who strives to make nutritious, diverse, meals that will have the greatest impact on your health. Each weekly plan includes 7 lunch meals that can either be delivered or picked up.

TO LOSE WEIGHT

Starting at $130 per week

Our meal plan for weight lose utilizes the standard weekly menu but we modify the macronutrients to increase the amount of protein to carbohydrate ratio. Losing weight can be challenging enough and the food you eat plays an important role so why not reduce some of the stress and let us do the planning for you. Each weekly plan includes 7 lunch meals that can either be delivered or picked up. All weekly plans also include a breakdown of nutrients so that you may know what you are consuming.

TO GAIN WEIGHT
